Documentation Specialist

We're looking for a Documentation Specialist to join our team and help deliver incredible results to one of our Federal Government clients.


  • Receives inspection results in writing and formats data and information in required templates.
  • Reaches back to on-site inspection team  (Lead and Deputy Inspector) to fill any gaps in information and sends the final report to the total team for review.
  • Administrative activities to prepare, maintain, copy, retrieve, store, or dispose of documentation
  • Compiles edits and turns documents around quickly and accurately.  
  • Organize Files and perform data entry functions


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution 
  • One (1) year or more of clerical experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications
