Acquisition/Grants Clerk II

We're looking for an Acquisition/Grants Clerk to join our team and help deliver incredible results to one of our Federal Government clients.


  • Administrative activities to prepare, maintain, copy, retrieve, store, or dispose of documentation
  • Organize Files and perform data entry functions
  • Answer the office phone and record meeting minutes
  • Answer official correspondence
  • Conduct research and prepare reports
  • Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders


  • Either an Associate degree from an accredited institution or 24 semester hours of business-related college courses
  • Two (2) years clerical experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications
