We’re experiencing rapid growth and are in need of a Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This position will work full time, business hours.

These will serve you well as you work closely with our development staff on a cutting edge software project for one of our high profile government clients. Your commitment to service excellence and passion for our client's success aids you as you work directly with our client to proactively identify and react to problems they encounter. Then, using your refined analytical abilities, help troubleshoot or escalate issues you come up against. You're a quick learner and help to sequence our technical staff and assist the project manager to ensure the project is completed on time and exceeds expectations. You take pride in a good day's work and represent the Centeva name well to our clients by personifying "Service Excellence in Pursuit of Customer Excellence".
