Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and help deliver outstanding results to one of our Federal Government clients.


  • Leads project team and provides supervises and oversees assigned projects (e.g. task orders)
  • Manages contractor personnel and ensures the contractor provides quality acquisition support to the agency, its customers, and stakeholders
  • Anticipates cost and schedule problems and works to resolve them
  • Develops task assignments for other project team members
  • Identifies, communicates and resolves risks
  • Monitors projects and keeps the customer and the agency management informed of project status on a regular basis
  • Meets with customer to determine project requirements
  • Prepares for acquisition support activities and for necessary support resources including project staffing requirements
  • Provides the agency administrative staff with all necessary project cost information
  • Reconciles all charges against the contract
  • Schedules and conducts customer meetings
  • Provides guidance, recommendations, status and updates on projects as well as attends meetings and respond to inquiries as needed


  • Ten (10) years’ experience in managing large and complex programs (i.e. IDIQ/BPA and task order requirements)
  • Minimum Education, bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical, or business fields of study is required
  • Five (5) years’ experience in managing the activities and staff of a financial, acquisition, or business efforts
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
